AutomationSTAR Call for Speakers

For three decades, the EuroSTAR Conference has been the leading software testing conference in Europe, attracting delegates and speakers from around the globe.  Last year, we hosted the very first edition of AutomationSTAR, a conference focused on automation in testing. This year we’re going to Berlin, and we’re looking forward to hearing all the incredible stories and experiences from test automation specialists.

About the Event

A conference just about Test Automation. That’s it. Not an add on or part of some other larger conference.  It is a conference just for us.  The people who do the test automation for our respective companies and products.  To be surrounded by my peers, all of whom share the same struggles, concerns and successes that I have, is such a great experience.  I felt at home when I was at AutomationSTAR 2022.  If you were there, then you know exactly what I am talking about.  For those of you who couldn’t make it last year, fret not because we are bringing it back in 2023!

We are opening the call for speakers on 18^th January and hope as many as possible of you will submit.  The more submissions we have, the better the programme we can create for attendees.  We are looking for talks for all types of sessions. 

We want submissions for:

Half-Day Tutorials – 3.5-hour expert masterclasses. Popular tutorials can be large (possibly up to 100 people). Exercises need to be easy to explain, understand and perform to be practical.

Track Talks – 45-minute sessions with 30 minutes of presentation/talk followed by 15 minutes of Q&A and audience discussion. 

Here are a few key dates to keep in mind:

• Submission opens 18^th January 2023
• Submissions deadline 24^th February 2023
• Notice of acceptance mid/late April 2023
• Conference 20^th & 21^st November 2023
