Where & When
The 2024 AutomationSTAR Conference takes place at the Austria Center in Vienna. Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier – only 7 minutes from Stephansplatz Station in the heart of the old town. See all location details.
Days & Times (CET)
Wednesday 9th October – Welcome coffee from 08:00, Talks 09:00-17:30, Games Night until 19:30.
Thursday 10th October – Lean coffee from 08:00, Talks 08:30-17:00.
Access & Badge Collection
Detailed joining instructions will be sent to all delegates at the start of October.
Collect your conference badge and materials on Tuesday evening (times TBC) or from 08:00 on Wednesday.
Please bring photo ID. There are no physical tickets or QR codes so your conference access will be granted based on your name.

Ticket Prices
Individual ticket are €1,400. See Tickets
Group Offer: Book 3 tickets and pay for 2 (equivalent of €933 per person).
Payment Options
All prices are in euro (€) and are subject to AT VAT. We accept payment via credit card or by invoice – in the case of invoice you have 30 days to make payment. From 4 weeks out we move to credit card payment only.
Are Tickets Transferable?
Yes, absolutely, AutomationSTAR ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a colleague, either in their own company or another company (with written confirmation from the existing bill payer). Name changes are free of charge right up to the day of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Ticket purchases for the AutomationSTAR Software Testing Conference are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
- From 8 weeks before the event cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
- From 6 weeks before the event cancellations are subject to a 50% administration fee.
- From 3 weeks onwards – all tickets are 100% non-refundable and full invoices will be due on cancellation or non-attendance.

Dietary requirements
After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.
We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.
