Where & When

The 2023 AutomationSTAR Software Testing Conference is taking place 20th & 21st November in the Estrel Hotel, Berlin.

The hotel is 15 minutes from Berlin Südkreuz train station and 30 minutes from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). There are subway and bus links within walking distance. See our venue location page for more details.

Delegate Access

There are no physical tickets. Book online and please bring your email confirmation to the conference venue on the day you are attending AutomationSTAR. Detailed Joining Instructions will be sent to you at the start of November.

Who is Speaking?

The 2023 Call for Speakers has now closed. The 2023 programme will be released in April.

Ticket Prices

The Individual tickets are currently €862.50 + VAT (25% savings on full price €1150). We also have a 3-for-2 offer for group bookings so you save even more if you bring your team.

Payment Options

All prices are in euro (€) and exclude VAT (currently 19%). We accept payment via credit card or by invoice – in the case of invoice you have 30 days to make payment. From 4 weeks out we move to credit card payment only.

Are Tickets Transferable?

Yes, absolutely, AutomationSTAR ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a colleague, either in their own company or another company (with written confirmation from the existing bill payer). Name changes are free of charge right up to the day of the conference.

Dietary requirements

After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.

We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.

Code of Conduct

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. See our Code of Conduct in full.

Safety Measures

As the event will take place in Germany, we will follow all German regulations and recommendations for best event practice and procedures.

Masks are optional at the conference but please note, in accordance with current German regulations, they are required on public transport. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the conference area.
