Kickstarting your Cypress Automation

Cypress is one of the most popular UI automation libraries used by testers these days. In this workshop I will go over the basics of this framework, so you can get started writing your own tests. I will start by discussing some general concepts like commands, chaining and options. Then I will show you how easy it is to perform certain tasks, like page element identification and interaction, waiting for network events, working with cookies or uploading files. I will use examples that help you relate to your own tests, so you can start automating your own tasks right away.
