My experience spans over 20 years in banking across both sides of the Atlantic. I cut my teeth in U.S. Banking Operations and Online Product Management before launching a first-ever, multi-national testing department for one of the larger banks in Germany. The focus was squarely on identifying and delivering testing strategies for mobile, multi-channel and multi-platform banking products – both for manual and automated testing. I now lead Marketing & B2C Engineering. I spent over a decade leading subject experts to driving technology solutions and process improvement for sales, operations, and product departments. Through creating an in-house testing department and connecting business with IT, I offer practical advice of success and stumbles from the trenches.

I have more than 20 years in banking in Germany, some 16 years in IT Projects and 5 years as a people lead in Marketing & B2C Engineering. I manage a multi-national testing team and became an ISTQB certified Test Manager as part of this role. During my career, I've had an intense focus on multi-channel testing and test automation and implemented the first ever testing automation solution for our business users. I now lead the B2C Engineering team including subject matter experts as well as testers, both onshore and abroad. We strive to provide holistic implementation strategies along the SDLC process from requirements engineering until Go-Live.
