Using n8n as the orchestration backbone, we show how loosely coupled AI agents, test frameworks and pipelines can be stitched together into an intelligent, event-driven quality system rather than embedding complex AI logic directly into test scripts, we externalize decision-making into orchestrated.

The talk walks through a real-world implementation, covering architecture patterns, orchestration flows, decision points, and lessons learned while moving from brittle automation to adaptive, autonomous testing.
