The 2025 AutomationSTAR Conference takes place in The RAI Amsterdam, 10-11 November 2025.

Monday 10th November – Welcome coffee from 07:30, Talks 09:00-17:45, Games Night until 19:30.

Tuesday 11th November – Lean coffee from 08:00, Talks 08:30-17:00.

Collect your conference badge and materials from 07:30 on Monday. Please arrive early to avoid the queues.

Please bring photo ID.  There are no physical tickets or QR codes so your conference access will be granted based on your name.

The Call for Speakers opens in November, so if you’re interested in taking part in next year’s event pre-register now to be the first to hear when submissions open.

All prices are in euro (€) and are subject to Dutch VAT. We accept payment via credit card or by invoice – in the case of invoice you have 30 days to make payment. From 4 weeks out we move to credit card payment only.

Yes, absolutely, AutomationSTAR ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a colleague, either in their own company or another company (with written confirmation from the existing bill payer). Name changes are free of charge right up to the day of the conference.

Ticket purchases for the AutomationSTAR Software Testing Conference are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

• From 8 weeks before the event cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration fee.  
• From 6 weeks before the event cancellations are subject to a 50% administration fee.  
• From 3 weeks onwards – all tickets are 100% non-refundable and full invoices will be due on cancellation or non-attendance.

After you register, please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have.

We cannot guarantee that every event venue can support all dietary requests, but with advance notice, we can request options and develop a plan for your meals. Please email us with your dietary request.
